We spend most of our days helping teams navigate the messy middle of change; AI adoption, cloud and data strategy, and the organisational shifts that come with them. A lot of what we learn in that work never makes it past a client deck. This blog is where we’ll start writing some of it down.

What we’ll write about

Expect short, practical pieces on the things we actually get asked about:

  • Fractional leadership - what a fractional CPO or CTO does in the first ninety days, how to review an architecture without boiling the ocean, when to build versus buy, how to deliberately design a culture.
  • AI adoption - separating the genuinely useful from the hype, and the cultural changes that make adoption stick.
  • Building great teams - hiring, remuneration, and the cultural scaffolding that lets engineering teams move with intent.

Why now

The questions we field have stopped being “should we?” and started being “how, exactly?” Those are questions worth answering in public. If something here is useful, tell us, and if you disagree, even better.
